As a Design Professional and Architect I have achieved an extensive experience designing and managing a wide variety of large and small projects in the public and private sector, as well as the corporate world for Yum! Brands in Latin America, for them I  developed projects for over seventy five stores; For the largest specialty coffee retailer in the World, have developed and supervised construction administration for over forty Starbucks Core Stores and sixteen Flagship stores opened in Latin America, Europe and Greater China.  Larger Projects include urban master planning for the City of Guadalajara. Resort projects for SIDEK Group and RIU Hotels in the Mexican Mayan Riviera, Puerto Vallarta, and Baja. Master planning of Prosser Memorial Hospital, in Washington State a Catholic Church in Pasco, WA, and a Lutheran Church in Westminster CA, Multi-family and Mixed use projects in Central Washington along the Columbia River in Richland, WA. Assisted living and Apartments in Arizona, Los Angeles and the California's Central Coast among other multimillion dollar projects; My experience is also manifest with a number of High-end Residences in Beverly Hills, CA; Tri Cities, WA; Careyes, Mexico; Mexico City and Guadalajara, Mexico.
